My name is Conrad Langier and I am the founder of Langier Developments. I’ve lived in Edmonton since attending the University of Alberta and grew up on an acreage just 15 minutes north of Edmonton. I am fortunate to have spent my entire life in this community and believe the Greater Edmonton area is one of the most amazing places in the world. My passions are my family, friendships, community, sports and real estate. I strive to have the work I do everyday apply to these passions to help be a positive influence in this community.
I have been fortunate to have a diverse career in real estate over the past 10 years. Prior to founding Langier Developments in 2014 I was employed by two established organizations and much of my success has come from the experience I gained while working with them. I was actively engaged in real estate leasing, acquisition and development in the Edmonton region with over $425 million dollars worth of development and leasing experience. While being an Associate at Colliers International as a member of the National Investment Services Team, I was intimately involved in the sale and acquisition of over $300 million worth of investment grade commercial real estate sales. This was followed by a period as Director of Industrial Leasing at WAM Development Group (now One Properties), where I completed over 500,000 SF of leasing/development transactions and helped the company acquire 49 acres of new development parcels in Edmonton.
With all this experience I make every effort to provide a diverse range of contracting, consulting, development and brokerage representation to my clients and my business.

Shaun is a certified home inspector that comes with over 30 years experience in contracting, renovations and repairs. Shaun oversees unit renovations and coordination of maintenance/repairs for all of our properties. Shaun has a very customer focused approach and treats all our vendors, tenants and owners with respect while applying a strong work ethic and value to all of his duties.
